You probably loathe typical real estate agent bios. Don’t worry—I do too.

They’re like cardboard: stiff, bland, and almost identical to every other bio out there.

So instead of telling you about awards you’ve never heard of or accomplishments you probably don’t care about, I’m taking a different approach.

Let’s talk about what you actually want to know.

Will you return my calls and emails?

Yes. Without question.

I realize this is one of the biggest frustrations people have when dealing with real estate agents. I get dozens of calls and emails every day, and I work hard to respond as quickly as possible.

I may not always be able to answer immediately, but you won't have to wonder if I received your message—or wonder when you'll hear back from me.

I’ve met a lot of Realtors who are jerks. Are you?

Depends on who you ask.

If you ask certain agents who have stood between my clients and their real estate goals, they’ll probably say yes.

A handful of people think I leave golden footprints in the sand.

Those are the two extremes, and most people’s opinions probably fall somewhere in the middle.

Here’s what I can tell you:

I’m honest. I’m candid. I’m approachable. And I’m friendly.

On a personal level, I’m pretty good at cooking—I make a mean meatloaf!

Getting a property noticed is kind of important.

Negotiation.
Knowing when to push, when to compromise, and when to hold my ground—always with my client’s best interests in mind.
